My server room so small and equip only with fans ventilation, it does not have cooling conditioner. To fans power switching on roof i developed simple device with display, relays, keyboard. This device use PIC16F877A microcontroller by Microchip, to switching relay at needed time microcontroller can be programmable with user interface wia display. Before creating timing zone to power switching, administrator must configure real time. Microcontroller use RTC (real time clock) for selecting time point when it switching relay. In photos below i was make snapshots my manual instructions, but it only in Russian. It is fully hand made device, so some connection inside may seem scary.
